Live Sites

WYVISNET.com features live images and current air quality conditions from monitoring locations throughout the State of Wyoming. Digital images from live sites are updated every 15 minutes. In addition, near real-time air quality data provide current meteorological, air quality and visibility information to the public.

If the image is missing or not updating, please be patient and try again later. Live images are archived every 24 hours. 9 AM, Noon, and 3 PM images have been archived over the past two weeks. To view, select the live site of interest and click on the 2wk Archived Images tab.

Big Piney

The Big Piney air quality monitoring station began operation in March 2011 and was configured as a mobile station located 4 miles south of the town of Big Piney. As of December 2013, this monitoring station is no longer mobile and houses a digital camera, ozone analyzer, a trace-level oxides of nitrogen analyzer, and meteorological equipment. view site  >>

Boulder

The Boulder air quality monitoring station is located in Sublette County, approximately 4 miles southwest of the town of Boulder. This station began operation in February of 2005. A digital camera, ozone analyzer, oxides of nitrogen analyzer, continuous PM10 monitor and meteorology equipment are located at this site. view site  >>

Casper

The Casper air quality monitoring station is located in the City of Casper for the purpose of monitoring ozone, nitrogen dioxide, PM2.5, and meteorological parameters in a residential area of the city. The Casper air quality monitoring station began operation in March 2013. A digital camera, ozone analyzer, oxides of nitrogen analyzer, continuous PM2.5 monitor, and meteorology equipment are located at this site. view site  >>

Cheyenne NCore

The Cheyenne NCore station is located in the City of Cheyenne's North Cheyenne Community Park. This monitoring station is part of the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) NCore Network of monitors located in all 50 states. The site began operation on January 1, 2011. The Cheyenne NCore station monitors for the following pollutants and meteorology parameters: Ozone, Sulfur Oxides, Nitrogen Oxides, Carbon Monoxide, Particulate Matter, Temperature, Wind Speed, Wind Direction, Precipitation, Relative Humidity and Solar Radiation. view site  >>

Converse County

The Converse County air quality monitoring station began operation in April 2015. The station is located approximately 30 miles northwest of the Town of Douglas on Highland Loop Road in an oil and gas development area intermingled with rural residential populations. A digital camera, ozone analyzer, oxides of nitrogen analyzer, hydrocarbon analyzer, continuous PM10 monitor, and meteorological equipment. view site  >>

Daniel South

The Daniel South air quality monitoring site is located in Sublette County, approximately 5 miles south of the town of Daniel. This station began operation in July of 2005. This site includes a digital camera, ozone analyzer, oxides of nitrogen analyzer, continuous PM10 monitor and meteorology equipment. view site  >>

James Town Mobile

The James Town air quality mobile monitoring station began operation in October 2019. The mobile station is located in the community of James Town. A digital camera, ozone analyzer, sulfur dioxide analyzer, oxides of nitrogen analyzer, continuous PM10 and PM2.5 monitor, and meteorology equipment are located at this site. view site  >>

Johnson County

The Johnson County air quality monitoring station began operation in May 2018. The station is located approximately 13 miles northeast of the town Kaycee, Wyoming near the intersection of Reno Road and Coal Mine Road in an oil and gas development area intermingled with rural residential populations. A digital camera, ozone analyzer, oxides of nitrogen analyzer, hydrocarbon analyzer, continuous PM10 monitor, and meteorological equipment. view site  >>

Juel Spring

The Juel Spring air quality monitoring station is located in Sublette County approximately 20 miles northwest of Farson. This station began operation in January of 2010. An ozone analyzer, oxides of nitrogen analyzer, digital camera and meteorology equipment are located at this site. view site  >>

Laramie BAM Station

The Laramie BAM station began operation in August, 2020. This station is located within Laramie city limits. Continuous PM10 and PM2.5 monitors are located at this site. view site  >>

Moxa Arch

The Moxa Arch air quality monitoring station is located approximately 20 miles northwest of Green River, downwind of the Moxa Arch oil and gas development area. The station began operation in June of 2010. An ozone analyzer, oxides of nitrogen analyzer, sulfur dioxide analyzer, PM10 monitor, digital camera and meteorology equipment are located at this site. view site  >>

Paradise Road Mobile

The Paradise Road air quality mobile monitoring station began operation in October 2019. The mobile station is located approximately six miles southwest of Boulder, WY. A digital camera, ozone analyzer, sulfur dioxide analyzer, oxides of nitrogen analyzer, continuous PM10 and PM2.5 monitor, and meteorology equipment are located at this site. view site  >>

Pinedale

The Pinedale air quality monitoring station is located in the town of Pinedale with a population of approximately 1,800 people. The Pinedale air quality monitoring station started in February 2009. A digital camera, ozone analyzer, oxides of nitrogen analyzer, continuous PM2.5 monitor and meteorology equipment are located at this site. view site  >>

Riverton Mobile

The Riverton air quality monitoring station began operation in August 2020. The mobile station is located in the community of Riverton. A digital camera, ozone analyzer, sulfur dioxide analyzer, oxides of nitrogen analyzer, continuous PM10 and PM2.5 monitor, and meteorology equipment are located at this site. view site  >>

Seedskadee

The Seedskadee air quality monitoring station is located in the Seedskadee National Wildlife Refuge in Sweetwater County, just east of the Visitor Center. The station began operation in March of 2020. This site includes a digital camera, oxides of nitrogen analyzer, sulfure dioxide analyzer, and meteorology equipment. view site  >>

Sheridan

Sheridan - The Sheridan air quality monitoring station is located at the Sheridan Police Department. This site began monitoring in 1985 and is one of the oldest monitoring sites in Wyoming. A continuous PM10 monitor and meteorology equipment are located at this site. view site  >>

Sinclair In-Town

The Sinclair (SWRC) air quality monitoring station began operation in December 2015. The station is located in the Town of Sinclair and is operated by the Sinclair Wyoming Refining Company. A sulfur dioxide analyzer and meteorology equipment are located at this site. view site  >>

South Pass

The South Pass air quality monitoring station is located approximately 5 miles northeast of South Pass City. This station began operation in May 2006. A digital camera, ozone analyzer, oxides of nitrogen analyzer, PM2.5 monitor, and meteorology equipment are located at this site. view site  >>

Thunder Basin National Grassland

The Thunder Basin National Grasslands visibility and air quality monitoring station is located approximately 32 miles north of Gillette. The site became operational in 2001. A digital camera, meteorology equipment, ozone analyzer, and oxides of nitrogen analyzer are located at this site. view site  >>

Wamsutter

The Wamsutter air quality monitoring station is located approximately 2 miles west of Wamsutter. The station began operation in March 2006. Monitoring equipment includes an ozone analyzer, oxides of nitrogen analyzer, PM10 monitor and meteorology sensors. A digital camera system was added to the station in January 2010. view site  >>

Warbonnet

The Warbonnet camera is collocated with the Boulder air quality monitoring station. The camera points to the south and looks toward the Warbonnet area of the Pinedale Anticline gas field. Please visit the Boulder live site page for air quality and meteorology data. view site  >>
